Dr. Kevin Craig trained in medicine at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. After working for some time in neurosurgery he moved to Cambridge in the UK, where he trained in psychiatry. He obtained his membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2002 and a Masters degree in psychiatry research from the University of Cambridge in 2006. He holds specialist accreditation for general adult psychiatry and addiction and holds an honorary consultant post in Oxford.

 

During his training he worked at the Memory Clinic, run by the University of Cambridge, a world-renowned research clinic for memory disorders. He has a number of years experience in treating the psychiatric effects of neurological illness in conditions such as brain injury, stroke, and Parkinson's disease. He has also worked in psychotherapy, treating and assessing people with complex disorders. This gave Dr. Craig the opportunity to gain personal training from some of the most eminent psychiatrists and psychologists with a depth and breadth of experience that has formed the basis of his personal expertise. This has allowed him to contribute to some of the recent advances and developments in psychiatric illness.

 

Dr. Craig has an international reputation in psychiatry, having published widely in areas such as irritability, anxiety and addiction.

My basic fee for the preparation of a medico-legal report without the review of medical records and only interview and examination of the client is £560.

My basic fee for the preparation of a medico-legal report, to include the review of medical records, interview and examination of the client is £840.

I will notify the instructor where the final invoice is likely to exceed the basic fee stated above.

My hourly rate in respect of any further time spent by me in the preparation of the report and any other qualifying work, including addendum is £280 per hour.

There will be no additional charges for factual corrections.

Conferences with counsel including any travelling time thereto will also be charged athe the hourly rate and in addition the instructor will be responsible
