Mr Ansari is an established ophthalmic surgeon based in Kent. He is Clinical Director for Ophthalmology at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and is the lead surgeon for glaucoma.
He is also a Senior Lecturer at the Physical Sciences Department, University of Kent at Canterbury.
Mr Ansari has several years of experience in a wide area of general ophthalmology and sees both adult and paediatric cases.
His particular expertise is in anterior segment disorders, corneal laser and refractive surgery, cataract, glaucoma, retina and macular diseases and laser treatment. He also has vast experience in ocular trauma and toxicology.
He has been involved in medico-legal work since 2002 and has a growing number of instructions every year.
